The Hacienda At Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta (Adults Only), Puerto Vallarta

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was decent, relatively close to the beach, but the dining options left something to be desired. The staff was very attentive and friendly, which made the experience a bit better. However, the room issues and water problems were a significant downside during my visit. Overall, it's a place to enjoy the sun, but manage your expectations.

The hacienda side of the resort is beautifully designed and clean, making for an appealing atmosphere. However, the noise levels were unbearable for a relaxing getaway, with loud music and party vibes throughout the night.
